"Time for Print"

Time for Print (TFP) is a photography industry collaboration that offers an exclusive opportunity to work with a professional photographer at no cost to you. Our services are normally billed at $150 per hour with a typical project requiring a minimum of 5-10 hours of planning, photographing and post-process editing.

Due to extremely high demand, our TFP opportunities are typically limited to 1 opening every three to four months.

In exchange for your time and talent, you'll receive a selection of expertly edited images with full release rights to use in your own personal portfolio, website and social media accounts. Sounds great, right? But what's in it for the photographer?

The photographer gains the advantage of having creative control over the art direction of the photo shoot, and is therefor able to better tailor their own professional portfolio to attract additional future paid clients. The talent model similarly benefits from the exposure and experience of working with a top-tier photographer. This sought-after partnership ensures mutual benefits and professional growth in the highly competitive creative arts industry.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I get?

Depending on the specifics of the project you will receive a number of professionally edited high resolution images, delivered via password-protected online gallery. You will be granted Download and Usage Rights to all images for purposes of self-enjoyment and self-promotion, including portfolios, websites, and social media platforms. Prints, albums and other items can be purchased directly from the online gallery if desired.

What is "implied nudity"?

Implied nudity refers to a style of photography where a subject appears to be nude, while their intimate body parts are strategically concealed or not directly visible, often through the use of angles, lighting, poses, or props. This approach creates a suggestive and sensual effect without displaying explicit nudity.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! You're more than welcome to bring a friend to any shoot. Your comfort at all times is our utmost concern. Keep in mind however that after many years of experience, we have found that for boudoir and nude/implied nude sessions that the presence of a significant other can often have a disruptive effect on the afternoon. If you plan to bring a companion, a neutral third-party is usually best.

Due to time constraints and the logistical demands of each shoot we ask that no more than one companion accompany you.

Who from your team will be present?

To increase comfort we try to keep our more sensitive boudoir and nude sessions small and agile. Most shoots feature a photographer and a single production assistant and/or hair and makeup artist. More elaborate productions such as underwater or open ocean shoots may require additional personnel. Smaller editorial/lifestyle shoots may only require the photographer.

I'm not sure if I'll be comfortable?

The photographer, Rob Pierce, has been a professional photographer for more than 24 years, shooting for hundreds of individual & corporate clients including Marriott Hotels, Sotheby's International Realty, Smith & Wesson, Inked Magazine and more. He is a member of both the Professional Photographers of America and the Wedding Photojournalist Association.

Rob is a graduate of Florida State University and has resided in Tallahassee, FL since relocating from O'ahu, Hawai'i in 2000. He has been with his wife Leah for 15 years during which time they have fostered more than 70 dogs and cats and 19 children. They have three teenage daughters that keep them grounded and on their toes at all times. You couldn't be in better hands. But just to be sure, check out the testimonials from some of the many, many clients he's worked with over the years. References can also be provided upon request.

Will I receive physical prints?

Due to material costs and the nature of the "your time in exchange for our expertise" arrangement, TFP sessions do not include physical prints or albums in the way that a standard paid engagement would.

If desired, prints and albums can be ordered from the online gallery that you will be provided access to when your images are ready for download.
